Ecooolocal

In this project, we work hand in hand with Ecooo, a non-profit organization from Madrid.

Using Ecooo’s experience from its collaboration with the municipality of Rubí in the successful Rubí Brilla (Rubí Shines), we can ensure that we empower the 14 municipalities and the island government of La Palma achieve quick energy savings in the most efficient and logical manner.

The EcoooLocal project aims to put citizens together with the technical staff and employees of public institutions at the centre of the analysis and measures for the energy transition. The main objective is not only to achieve ambitious reductions in consumption or emissions, but to spread the values of the new energy culture among as many people as possible and, from there, to get every citizen to adopt concrete measures to save energy and promote renewable energies.
